Profile

I represent Swedish and international companies in disputes within a variety of industries and areas of law.

I have background as a court judge and experience from dispute resolution within various fields of the private sector. Through my different roles, I have gained a broad understanding of the interface between legal and commercial aspects of dispute resolution. I have also gained insight into the administrative procedures of the Swedish courts, and I understand how judges typically reason when making legal assessments.
My daily work includes giving strategic guidance regarding ongoing or impending disputes, acting as a legal representative in litigation or arbitration proceedings and negotiating constructive settlement solutions. My cases often have international connections and cover a variety of industries and areas of law. I especially work with disputes related to patents and other intellectual property rights.
