Profile

I specialise in dispute resolution and help Swedish and foreign companies to avoid, settle or win commercial disputes.

Apart from acting as party representative in arbitration and court cases, I am regularly appointed arbitrator. Not least at these times do I benefit from my previous experience as judge in the district court and appeal court (associate judge of appeal in 1992). Over the years, I have acquired broad and comprehensive experience of legal proceedings within many different areas and sectors, such as construction, IT projects, insurance, company transactions and consultant liability. I am an accredited CEDR mediator, and lecture regularly on procedural law and arbitral law to law students and lawyers.
