For 25 years, I have assisted Swedish and foreign companies with advice relating to commercial contracts, corporate compliance, disputes and acquisitions, often with international links.
Within the firm, I have been a member of the national board of directors for a number of years. In addition, I take active part in the firm’s work on developing the commercial team, and our ever more prominent focus on technology and IT, including everything from large-scale procurement of industrial automation solutions and business systems to acquisition of competency-intensive companies. In addition to this, I act as coordinating legal adviser to a number of major companies within a large number of sectors.
