Caremore AB (u.n.t. Actmore AB) has sold all their shares in Caremore Vård och Behandling AB to Team Olivia AB

Setterwalls has assisted Caremore AB (u.n.t. Actmore AB) in the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary Caremore Vård och Behandling AB to Team Olivia AB.

Caremore Vård och Behandling AB are engaged in the care and treatment business in relation to, among other things, care and treatment for children and adolescents with neuropsychiatric disabilities and offer treatment and care at one of their nursing homes in the western part of Sweden. On January 12th 2021, Setterwalls assisted Caremore AB (u.n.t. Actmore AB) and its owners in connection with the sale of Caremore Vård och Behandling AB.
