Setterwalls advises inRiver in connection with private placement of approximately SEK 285 million

inRiver has conducted a private placement of approximately USD 32 million (approximately SEK 285 million) led by Lugard Road Capital, a leading global investment firm, and with participation from existing shareholders, including Verdane, Industrifonden, Zobito and RoosGruppen. The proceeds will be used to support the rapid growth planned to meet accelerated customer demand, continued product development and further global expansion of inRiver. Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to inRiver in connection with the transaction.
