Setterwalls advisor to Danish Kvadrat A/S in the establishment of the residential textile joint venture Magniberg

Setterwalls has assisted Danish Kvadrat A/S, a leader in Europe’s high-quality contemporary textiles market in the establishment of the joint venture Magniberg.

Kvadrat strengthens its position in residential textile in the acquisition of 50 percent of the shares in the Swedish design bedlinen company Magniberg, founded by designers Bengt Thornefors and Nina Norgren. Kvadrat has been leading the field in textile innovation since 1968 producing contemporary high-quality textiles and brands for architects, designers and consumers. The joint venture Magniberg will meet the demand for home textiles and furniture in a new context by combining materials, textures and colours playing on contrasts; breaking rules and classical norms.
