Setterwalls assist Resurs Bank in relation to their 500 million SEK investment into the banks IT-transformation

Setterwalls’ fintech team in Gothenburg has assisted Resurs Bank with their investment in a cloud-based banking platform from the global fintech company Intellect Design Arena. Setterwalls’ work has included legal risk analysis regarding information- and cybersecurity, advice on complex regulatory matters, review and analysis of data flows and privacy protection, as well as drafting of the parties’ cloud service agreement and thereto supporting documentation.
