Emily advises Swedish and international companies on IT law and data protection, commercial agreements and intellectual property rights within the most technology-intensive and innovative industries.
Emily is regularly sought after for her deep knowledge of tech regulatory and data matters, including cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and AI. She works across a broad spectrum of IT and software-related issues, such as intellectual property rights, e-commerce, electronic signatures and social media marketing. She has a particular expertise in open source software regulation. She also assists clients with personal data and information security matters, including GDPR compliance, cross-border data transfers and rapid support on data breaches, including assessing notification obligations.
Her work also includes preparing and negotiating commercial and technology agreements, dispute resolution, transactions and regulatory matters, delivered with a practical, commercially grounded approach. She has advised some of Sweden’s largest corporations, and international clients, on their data privacy and commercial contract matters.
