Setterwalls has advised InfraCom Group AB (publ) in its acquisition of all shares in Re Connect It i Sverige AB and Datatal AB

Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to InfraCom Group AB (publ) in the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Re Connect It i Sverige AB (“Connect”) and Datatal AB (“Datatal”).

InfraCom Group is a provider of information technology services with focus on cloud based telephony, IT and network services. Connect is a full-service provider of IT solutions within the SME segment and Datatal is a software and application developer specializing in solutions within business communication. Through the acquisitions, InfraCom becomes a full-service provider with a national presence and its own offices from Malmö in the south to Östersund in the north.

The acqusitions are expected to be completed on April 3, 2023, and Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to InfraCom Group throughout the transaction process.
