Setterwalls’ has assisted a consortium of shareholders when signing an agreement on restructuring of Bergvik Skog

Setterwalls’ has assisted a consortium of shareholders in Bergvik Skog AB consisting of Kåpan Pen-sioner Försäkringsförening, Tredje AP-fonden, Länsförsäkringar, Persson Invest AB, Tham Invest AB and Aktiebolaget Karl Hedin concerning a restructuring of ownership in Bergvik Skog AB whereby the consortium converts its ownership in Bergvik Skog AB into a direct ownership of forest assets in Bergvik Väst AB. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2019.
