Setterwalls has assisted MB Funds (Experiential Marketing Invest) in connection with the acquisition of Eventyr AB

Eventyr AB was founded in 1995 and today it is the leading event agency in Sweden, with a yearly turnover of approximately SEK 160 million. Experiential Marketing Invest owns the Finish event agency TAPAUS. As a result of the acquisition, Eventyr AB becomes a part of the TAPAUS Group. Together, the two companies becomes the leading as well as the biggest event agency in the Nordics. After the acquisition, TAPAUS Group’s estimated turnover will reach approximately EUR 50 million in 2020.
