I give advice to Swedish and international companies on all sorts of issues relating to intellectual property rights and IT and technology-related law.

I work regularly with both large companies and start-ups within these areas. Among other things, I help companies with procurement and contract negotiations for IT services, transfers and licensing of technology and know-how, and other strategic and important issues.
