Linnea is a partner in Setterwalls’ corporate group.
Linnea works primarily in M&A, venture capital and corporate law. She regularly assists both Swedish and international companies, principally in connection with acquisitions and corporate law matters, with a particular focus on private equity transactions.
Linnea has experience of managing all stages of complex transactions. She also advises on general corporate law matters, including shareholder agreements, corporate governance, and ongoing company law compliance.
