Setterwalls has assisted Novax AB et al. with the divestment of shares in Educations Media Group (EMG)

Setterwalls has assisted Novax AB et al. with the divestment of shares in EMG, a market leading provider of search engines for educations. The company operates around 20 digital platforms, through which it helps educational providers to reach out to and recruit more students. As a result of the transaction, the company has a new ownership structure. The operative founders have become majority owners and the venture capital company Verdane has, with its investment, become a new minority owner.
