Setterwalls has assisted Priveq Investment in connection with the acquisition of FS Dynamics and Volupe.

FS Dynamics is a CAE consultancy offering expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Structural Dynamics (FEA). FS Dynamics has 150 CAE engineers and supports nearly 200 clients in sectors such as semiconductors, energy, marine, transportation, offshore and life science.

Volupe is a Siemens Smart Expert Solution Partner and a leading value-added reseller (VAR) of Siemens CAE simulation software. Volupe was founded in 2017 and has reseller agreements with Siemens in four regions and 22 European countries.

The FS Dynamics and Volupe Group currently have a turnover of approximately EUR 25 million, with seven offices in Europe and a sales presence and deliveries in 25 countries.
