Emelie Ögren

Emelie is a Senior Associate and member of the Swedish Bar Association in Setterwalls’ Corporate group.

Emelie advises clients in matters regarding M&A and corporate law, with a particular focus on private equity.

Her practice covers a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions. These include acquisitions and divestments, add-on acquisitions, investments in founder-owned and venture-backed companies, carve-outs, and capital raisings.

Emelie regularly acts for private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as Swedish and international corporates, founders and management teams. She previously spent eight months on secondment as legal counsel at a leading Nordic private equity firm. Emelie also advises on day-to-day corporate matters.
