Setterwalls has assisted SEB Private Equity in connection with the acquisition of Loviseberg presseri AB
Loviseberg presseri was founded in 2012 and produces and sells freshly-squeezed juices under the trademark RÅSAFT. Loviseberg presseri has since the beginning been led by entrepreneurs and revolutionized the market by offering freshly-squeezed and untreated juices to, amongst others, some of the largest food and grocery chains in Sweden.
