Filip is a Senior Associate and member of the Swedish Bar Association in Setterwalls’ IP/Tech group
Filip focuses mainly on IT and technology law, particularly including the IT and tech sector core areas, commercial agreements, data protection and related regulatory areas such as AI and cybersecurity. He also regularly advises companies and public authorities on general commercial law matters, with a particular focus on general and commercial contract law.
His clients range from large companies to start-ups. Filip drafts and negotiates agreements and advises on outsourcing transactions, SaaS arrangements, and IT procurement projects. He also handles disputes in the IT sector.
In addition, he regularly advises on transfers and licensing of technology, know-how and intellectual property rights.
