I work as an associate in Setterwalls’ IP/Tech group.
I regularly assist companies and public authorities in the area of general commercial law, with a particular focus on general and commercial contract law. In addition, I primarily work with legal matters relating to IT and technology law, including data protection and adjacent regulatory issues such as AI and cybersecurity.
I regularly assist major corporations and start-ups with contract drafting, contract negotiations, outsourcing transactions, IT project procurement, and disputes within the IT sector. I also regularly work with transfers and licensing of technology, know-how, and intellectual property rights.
