Anna-Klara Hallingström

I work as an associate at Setterwalls in the EU and Competition Law and Public Procurement practice group.

I primarily work with EU and competition law and foreign direct investment (FDI), assisting clients with acquisitions, mergers and investments through analyses and merger control and FDI notifications to the European Commission, the Swedish Competition Authority (Konkurrensverket) and the Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic Products (Inspektionen för strategiska produkter). I also assist with transfers of security-sensitive operations under the Protective Security Act.
