I have been working within a broad field of real estate related matters for 20 years, of which ten years at law firms and ten years at Lantmäteriet (the Swedish mapping, cadastral and land registration authority), including as head of cadastral surveyors and as head of the legal department at the head office.
Through my specialist and managerial roles, I have gathered vast experience and expertise in real estate law. I assist in all matters that may occur, such as cadastral proceedings concerning property formation, utility easements and joint facilities, as well as real estate transactions, leasehold, leases, easements and other rights of user, detailed development plan issues and building permits.
Within environmental law, I deal primarily with permit processes for environmentally hazardous activities, exemption issues linked to area protection and supervisory issues.
