Since 2008, I have worked with various types of debt financing transactions.
I assist banks/financial institutions, borrowers/issuers and investors in connection with domestic and cross-border acquisitions and other leverage finance transactions, investment grade lending, real estate financing, project financing, asset financing and bonds and other debt instruments. I also have extensive experience from workouts and restructurings. Prior to joining Setterwalls in 2017, I worked for almost ten years at another leading banking and finance law firm in Stockholm.
