Mitt huvudsakliga fokus är transaktionsfinansieringar där jag företräder svenska och utländska banker, finansiella institutioner, låntagare, fastighetsbolag och investerare i samband med nationella och internationella förvärvsfinansieringar, syndikerade och bilaterala lån, fastighetsfinansieringar, projektfinansieringar, tillgångsbaserade lånefaciliteter, obligationer och annan kapitalmarknadsfinansiering. Jag har också omfattande erfarenhet från omstruktureringar av problemkrediter.
