Marcus Ljungberg

I assist Swedish and foreign companies with counselling regarding mergers & acquisitions, various company law matters and banking and financing-related law.

I am part of Setterwalls’ banking and finance group, where I work with eg. financing, financial regulatory issues and derivative transactions. In addition to this, I am also part of Setterwalls’ M&A team, whereby I assist Swedish and international clients in various types of transactions and company law issues.
