Setterwalls advised Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc in its sale of Ljungbyholm wind farm

Setterwalls has assisted Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc (ORIT) in its sale of the Ljungbyholm onshore wind farm comprising of 12 wind turbine generators with an aggregate capacity of approximately 48 MW to a German institutional investor for a purchase price of EUR 73,7 million. The wind farm was initially acquired by ORIT in March 2020 and was brought into operation in June 2021. The transaction was closed on 27 August this year.

Setterwalls’ team has assisted ORIT throughout the process, from conducting a vendor due diligence to negotiating transaction documents and assisting in the closing of the transaction. The transaction underscores Setterwalls’ position as a leading advisor within the energy sector.
