Setterwalls advises Better Collective in connection with SEK 312 million private placement

Better Collective A/S, the world’s leading sports betting affiliate with a growing presence in the US, has conducted a private placement of SEK 312 million through a new issue of 4 million shares at a price of SEK 78 per share. The new issue was directed at a number of Nordic and international institutional investors and the subscription price was determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure. The proceeds will be used to finance the company’s continued growth trajectory through acquisitions.

Setterwalls has advised Better Collective together with the company’s Danish legal counsel, Bruun & Hjejle Advokatpartnerselskab.

Better Collective is a Danish registered company headquartered in Copenhagen and listed at Nasdaq Stockholm (BETCO).
