Setterwalls advisor to Fastkap in divestment of real estate portfolio in central Höör

Setterwalls has assisted Fastkap in connection with the divestment of the properties Lyran 6, Banken 5 and Vilan 9 in central Höör to Skånegårdar. The buildings have a total rentable area of approximately 7,900 sq.m. of which about 5,500 sq.m. relates to housing. The transaction was completed on October 2, 2017.
