Setterwalls has advised Idsäter Invest AB in their purchase of 20% of the shares in the Swiss company Non-Violence Licensing SA.

Non-Violence Licensing SA is the owner of the intellectual property rights of the sculpture the Knotted Gun, originally created by Swedish artist Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd as a memorial tribute to John Lennon. The Knotted Gun is a symbol of peace and non-violence all around the world and is, among many other places, exhibited outside the UN-building in New York. The transaction will be important for Non-Violence Licensing SA’s use of the Knotted Gun and for the work of spreading the important message of peace and non-violence around the world.
