Setterwalls has advised K-Fast Holding AB in connection with a directed share issue of approximately SEK 128 million to Swedish and international institutional investors.
K-Fastigheter’s operations encompass active property management, project development and proprietary construction operations. The group’s property portfolio has a book value SEK 14.9 billion, with an annual rental value in invest properties under management of about SEK 661 million. The company’s class B shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap.
