Setterwalls has advised K-Fastigheter in connection with the admission to trading of bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm’s sustainable bond list

Setterwalls has advised K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) in connection with the admission to trading of the company’s senior unsecured green bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm’s sustainable bond list. The bonds amount to SEK 500 million within a framework amount of SEK 1,000 million.

K-Fastigheter is a young and dynamic group established in 2010, with the vision of owning and managing the most attractive rental apartments on the market. The group’s operations include active property management, project development, in-house construction, and the production of prefabricated concrete frames. K-Fastigheter’s class B shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap.
