Setterwalls has advised KlaraBo in the divestment of a property portfolio amounting to SEK 897 million

Setterwalls has advised KlaraBo Sverige AB in connection with the sale of a property portfolio to Episurf Medical AB (publ). The agreed property value for the divested property portfolio amounts to SEK 897 million.

Through the transaction, KlaraBo divests a diversified property portfolio consisting of a total of 164 properties. The portfolio comprises a residential portfolio in Bollnäs, a shopping centre in Västervik, and two properties in Trelleborg, with a total lettable area of approximately 57,250 square metres. The purchase price will be paid partly through a secured promissory note and partly with newly issued Class B shares in Episurf Medical AB.

KlaraBo’s completion of the property portfolio divestment is subject to conditions, including the required approval of Episurf’s acquisition being obtained from the Inspectorate of Strategic Products (ISP). Completion is expected to take place during the first half of 2026.
