Setterwalls has advised SciBase in connection with rights issue

Setterwalls has advised SciBase Holding AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, in connection with an issue of units consisting of shares and warrants with preferential rights for the shareholders, through which SciBase received approximately SEK 24.9 million before issue costs, excluding the additional capital contribution of up to approximately SEK 34.9 million before issue costs that may come from the exercise of the warrants.

SciBase is a medical technology company that has developed and sells a device for evaluation of skin disorders such as skin cancer and atopic dermatitis by measuring electrical resistance in human tissue.
