Setterwalls has advised Steen & Ström in the divestment of a shopping center

Setterwalls has assisted Steen & Ström with the divestment of the property Kristianstad Domus 2 to Specialfastigheter i Kristianstad AB a subsidiary to AB Kristianstadsbyggen (ABK).

The property contains the shopping center Galleria Boulevard in central Kristianstad. Galleria Boulevard, which opened in 2013, is comprised of 23 active businesses with a lettable area of 20,900 sq.m. In addition to a cinema, gym, cafés and restaurants approximately 1,100 parking spots are included.

Closing is estimated to take place on 2 January 2024.

The purchase price amounts to SEK 470 million.
