Setterwalls has advised the owner of the Tage Rejmes Group in the divestment of Tage Rejmes’ passenger car business to Liljedahl Group

Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to the owner of the Tage Rejmes Group in the divestment of Tage Rejmes Bil Aktiebolag, including the Tage Rejmes Group’s passenger car business, to Liljedahl Group

Tage Rejmes Bil Aktiebolag, with its head office in Norrköping, is one of Sweden’s largest Volvo dealers. The company operates a total of 13 facilities in Norrköping, Söderköping, Finspång, Valdemarsvik, Linköping, Mjölby, Åtvidaberg, Örebro, Lindesberg, Hallsberg and Askersund. The company has around 500 employees and offers sales of new and used cars, workshop services and spare parts.

Liljedahl Group’s acquisition of all outstanding shares in Tage Rejmes Bil Aktiebolag is subject to merger approval by the Swedish Competition Authority (Sw. Konkurrensverket). The transaction and its completion is expected to occur during the first quarter of 2025.
