Setterwalls has advised the owners of Handheld Group in the sale of all shares in Handheld Group to MilDef Group

Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to the owners of Handheld Group AB (“Handheld Group”) in the sale of 100 percent of the shares to MilDef Group AB (“MilDef”).

The owners of Handheld Group have entered into an agreement to sell all of the shares in the company to MilDef. Handheld Group was founded in 1997 and is an internationally recognized and respected player in the product segment of rugged computers with an international customer base. MilDef, whose stock is admitted to trading on OMX Stockholm Small Cap, produces and supplies tactical IT consisting of hardware, software and services, primarily to security and defense customers.

Completion of the transaction will occur no earlier than September 21, 2022, and no later than October 31, 2022. Setterwalls has acted as advisor to the owners of Handheld Group throughout the transaction process.
