Setterwalls has advised the owners of Technology for Infrastructure Projects Sweden AB in their divestment of the TFIP Group to Sitowise Holding AB

Setterwalls has advised the owners of Technology for Infrastructure Projects Sweden AB (“TFIP”) in connection with with the acquisition of all shares in TFIP and its subsidiaries by Sitowise Holding AB.

TFIP has Sweden’s foremost expertise in underground facilities and they offer complete solutions in infrastructure, community building and industry where the company creates innovative solutions for a modern and secure infrastructure. In collaboration with Sitowise, TFIP will be able to invest even more in the connected city and expand its services in digitization. Sitowise acquires the entire share capital in TFIP and TFIP has an annual turnover of EUR 8 million. With the acquisition of TFIP, Sitowise secures its position in the Swedish market. In addition to Sweden, Sitowise has operations in Finland, Estonia and Latvia. Setterwalls acted as the sellers’ legal adviser throughout the entire transaction process.
