Setterwalls has assisted Arise in the sale of the wind farm Bröcklingeberget of appr. 45 MW to re:cap global investors

Setterwalls has assisted Arise in connection with its sale of the wind farm Bröcklingeberget of appr. 45 MW to re:cap global investors.

Arise has entered into an agreement with a fund managed by re:cap global investors, a Swiss based asset manager, for the sale of project Bröcklingeberget of appr. 45 MW. Arise has performed development, design and procurement of the project and will manage the construction. Arise will through assets and management agreements manage the project once operational on behalf of re:cap global investors. Siemens will be supplying 11 Siemens DD 142, 4.1 MW turbines. Construction of the Project will begin immediately and commissioning is expected late 2019.
