Setterwalls has assisted Asker Healthcare AB in its acquisition of the Swiss medical device provider Gribi AG Belp

Setterwalls has acted as lead legal counsel to Asker Healthcare AB in its acquisition of 80 percent of the shares in the Swiss medical device provider Gribi AG Belp.

Gribi is a leading provider of medical devices mainly within surgery, ENT, orthotics and ostomy products to hospitals in Switzerland. Net sales amounted to approximately SEK 140 million in 2021 and the company has had an annual organic average growth rate of 11 percent the past four years.
