Setterwalls has assisted BrainLit in connection with private placement

Setterwalls has assisted BrainLit in connection with a private placement of approximately SEK 109 million.

BrainLit is a Swedish lighting company that reproduces natural daylight indoors through the company’s product BioCentric Lighting™. The gross proceeds of the share issue amounts to approximately SEK 109 million, intended primarily to accelerate the company’s development by, inter alia, strengthening the company’s sales, research and development organization. The investors include new investors as well as current shareholders.
