Setterwalls has assisted Doxa in the divestment of all its management properties to Balder

Setterwalls has assisted Doxa in the divestment of all its management properties to Balder. The properties are located in Malmö and Landskrona and include, among others, Malmö Arena. The transactions have been carried out at book values as of the end of September 2024. In total, Doxa has, in connection with the transaction, divested assets within the group with a total value of approximately SEK 4 billion. As a result of the transactions, approximately SEK 3.5 billion in debts within the Doxa group will be amortized, and the company’s liquidity will be strengthened by approximately SEK 300 million.

Doxa is active in property investments. The investment activities are focused on Swedish unlisted and listed property-related shares and other property-related assets without limitation to property category, region, or holding period.
