Setterwalls has assisted ewz on its acquisition of wind farms from Eolus Vind AB

Setterwalls has assisted ewz (elektrizitätswerk der stadt Zürich) on its acquisition of wind farms Ramsnäs, Mungseröd , Alered and Skalleberg from Eolus Vind AB (publ).

All the parks except Skalleberg are constructed. The purchase price amounts to EUR 95 million . Setterwalls has assisted in the acquisition and financing as well as in the acquirer’s establishment of a consortium with Aquila Capital.
