Setterwalls has assisted in acquisition of the shipowning company NYK Cool

Setterwalls advised Baltic Reefers in the acquisition of NYK Cool AB from NYK Reefers Ltd. NYK Cool AB is a shipowner based in Stockholm specialised in reefer transports.

Today, NYK Cool AB has the commercial responsibility for 25 vessels and transports refrigerated goods all over the world. The company will continue under the name Cool Carriers AB.
