Setterwalls has assisted KF Fastigheter in its sale of seven retail properties
Setterwalls has assisted KF Fastigheter in the sale of seven retail properties located in Huddinge, Södertälje, Linköping, Mjölby, Nyköping och Halmstad.
The properties’ leasable area amounts to approximately 28 300 square meters. NREP Nordic Strategies Fund acquired the properties’ for 530 million kronor.
