Setterwalls has assisted Pamica Group AB in connection with its acquisition of all of the outstanding shares in the international environmental technology company Logiwaste International AB.

Logiwaste International AB was founded in 2006 and is a leading actor in the Nordic region in automated waste collection solutions for residential, inner-city, and commercial properties. The company specializes in complete solutions within automated waste and laundry management.

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel for Pamica Group AB throughout the entire transaction process.
