Setterwalls has assisted SD Worx in connection with the acquisition of Aditro

Setterwalls has assisted SD Worx in connection with the acquisition of all outstanding shares in Aditro Group AB.

SD Worx is a leading provider of HR and payroll services in Europe with 4,600 employees in 12 countries. Aditro has over 600 employees across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Estonia. Through the acquisition of Aditro, SD Worx is entering the Nordics and thereby strengthens its position as leader in the European HR and payroll market.
