Setterwalls has assisted the shareholders in connection with the divestment of shares in Schain Research AB and Mailo Global AB

Setterwalls has assisted the shareholders of Schain Research AB and Mailo Global AB in connection with Stella Capital’s acquisition of a minority stake in the companies.

Schain Research AB is a research consultancy company specialized in health outcomes studies to support drug development, whereby Schain Research support and conduct comprehensive studies.

Mailo Global AB is a SaaS company which, through the offering of its software RWEX, gives its customers immediate access to anonymized longitudinal population based patient data to answer epidemiological key questions.
