Setterwalls has assisted Pamica 2 AB in connection with the acquisition of Artex AB

Setterwalls has assisted Pamica 2 AB in connection with its subsidiary’s acquisition of all the outstanding shares in Artex AB.

Artex AB was founded in 1928 in Mjölby and has approximately 250 employees at its facilities in Mjölby and Smiltene, Latvia. In 2021, Artex AB had a turnover of just over SEK 165,000,000 and is one of Sweden’s leading sewing industries. The purchase price was partly paid in cash and partly by set-off with newly issued shares in Artex Holding AB, a subsidiary of Pamica 2 AB, through which the acquisition was completed.

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel for Pamica 2 AB throughout the entire transaction process.
