Setterwalls has assisted the shareholders in Grafotronic AB in connection with the sale of all outstanding shares in Grafotronic AB to Grafotronic BidCo AB, a subsidiary of AGIC Investment Crown (UK) Limited.

Grafotronic was founded in 2004 and is a leading actor in the field of digital and traditional label printing. Grafotronic has sales and service centres in Chicago, Milan and Bangkok and the production is conducted from the company’s factory in Warsaw. Grafotronic has subsidiaries in Poland, Italy and USA.

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel for the shareholders in Grafotronic AB throughout the entire transaction process.
