Dream Machine FX operates in North America, Europe, and Australia and is enabled by Arenova Capital, a US-based principal investment firm focused on founder-owned and founder-led companies in the middle market.

Important Looking Pirates is a world-class studio for visual effects and digital animation founded in Stockholm in 2007. Since then, the company has grown into an award-winning studio with offices in Sweden, Germany, and the UK. The transaction marks Dream Machine FX’s entry into the European market, expanding both companies’ scale and reach, with a combined footprint spanning three continents, six countries, and eleven cities.
