Setterwalls advised K2A in connection with the sale of residential properties in Luleå

Setterwalls has advised K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with the sale of residential properties in Luleå to HSB.

The properties were constructed in 2023 and are environmentally certified in accordance with Miljöbyggnad Silver, and comprise a total of 210 rental apartments with a leasable area of 10,087 sqm. The underlying property value amounts to MSEK 330.

K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) is focusing on long-term ownership and management of self-produced rental apartments, student housing and community service properties. K2A is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
