Setterwalls has assisted Aquila Capital in connection with its acquisition of the wind farm Ykspihlaja from OX2.

The wind farm Ykspihlaja is situated in the municipality of Kokkola in the Ostrobothnia region of Finland. The site has one of the most favourable wind positions in Finland with an average wind speed of 7.7 meters/second. This will generate a capacity factor of 43 percent, which is above average for wind projects. The wind farm project includes a turbine supply agreement with Nordex, a grid connection agreement with KENET and a design and building work agreement with KSBR.
